Hi there,

I must bring some people bad news that was looking forward to EyeBrowser.

A pretty long while ago, my HDD crashed of my other PC where the project of EyeBrowser 2010 was located, and we also didn’t had a backup.
We only had an older backup, that means that Project Oeno aka EyeBrowser Music Player has been lost, and actually this was a lot of work to do.

Right now we still have an exported version of the 2010 (English) version, with the latest changes, and also the Music Player Beta 2.
If we ever going to make this version public is also not sure, because we are not able anymore to update this version, because it still contains some bugs, like the pause button does not work yet, while this was fixed already, but not exported yet, and also the names of the songs in the player does not display, only the location of the music file appears.

If we ever continue the older backup of EyeBrowser 2010, we cant say.
But the EyeBrowser 2009 (Dutch) version will stay supported, people who already have installed the 2009, will stay able to use this version.
Any plans to stop the support of the 2009 are not made yet, but if it will happen, we will tell you. And if the support will stop, you still will be able to use it, but with a error on start.

We keep you updated for any changes if they come.

Yeaaa EyeBrowser does still exists, and after months of waiting there are still changes.
A bigger change is gonna start coming, a Music player in EyeBrowser!
The player will be a little software IN EyeBrowser.
And there will be also shortcut controls to the player, it will work with the F-keys.

And I don’t promise anything, but maybe the player will be an external software also.

The build of the player will be started tomorrow.

Yes yes I know!!!
Much people ask me every day about EyeBrowser 2010, only 5 RTM copies are given free for test, and still no bugreports!
As a previous post told, EyeBrowser 2010 will be released in August or September, well we are sure that will not be August, but maybe September. But also that isn’t  sure, because of the busy times.
Schools starts soon also, and I have to do some stuff in my study also.

I hold you guys up-to-date, and not wait too long anymore.
There are not thousands of EyeBrowser-users, but some people use it because it’s faster.

Tomorrow at 11:30AM (GMT+1) I will open a live webcam that points to my desk.
So that means that you can see what i’m doing a bit.
You cant see me much, but you see what im actually doing, because im almost always on my desk.

I also will talk a little on the stream when the live webcam is on.
Sorry English people, but I will talk Dutch the most time.
(DUS LET OP NEDERLANDERS, IK PRAAT NEDERLANDS OP DE LIVE WEBCAM!)

EyeBrowser™ 2009 2.x.x.x recommended system requirements
OS: Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7
Processor: 800 MHz Intel Pentium III or higher
System memory: 256 MB RAM or higher
Available disk space: 15 MB or higher
Graphic Card: Support for DirectX 9 graphics with 64 MB
Required software: .NET Framework 3.0 or higher
Internet access: No specific speed required

I’ve updated the website a few days ago.
As you can see, I added a Skype status gadget, there you can see if i’m online at my public skype.
You can find this on the left:

But that’s not the only thing (JA NEDERLANDERS LET OP!)
On the left you can find country flags, so you can select your language, and my blog will be translated by Google Translate.
I must say, the translations are not always correct!

And yes, I have news about EyeBrowser (YAAY!)
The English version is almost done, and almost ready for release.
The new update has a new design a bit, and a new startpage with Google search !
The Release Canidate (Build 1983) is already tested on Windows 7 RC.
And again, it works perfectly!!!
The RC Build 1983 is not for public use, and I think it’s not leaked even.
Buid 2xxx will be public! and it will be available in English language only.
But the installation setup will have much languages.

More news will follow!

Maybe some English people know already about it.
Some of them not.
But me, and Xamarisoft and Marcovisch are making a software.
This software is a client for Internet Explorer.
EyeBrowser was before only in Dutch, but soon I will release an English one.
The English version will be downloadable soon from www.djjoshoon.com/eyebrowser.
